Roles of the Officers of the Program:

The officers of the program are entirely volunteer positions and are elected by the members on a bi-annual basis. The officers serve for 6 months and rotate the role of leading the program every week. They also rotate the responsibility of greeting and checking in members and guests. Serving as an officer is a great privilege and affords the officer additional exposure to the group members and guests.

Here is a brief description of the Officer's Duties:

President: The President leads the officers and organizes the officers’ meetings. The president also follows up with guests and submits the monthly article (and photos) for the Chamber’s monthly Newsletter.

Vice President: The Vice President schedules and organizes the weekly speakers.  Makes certain the speaker has provided him/her with a introduction and keeps the speaker to their alloted time.

Secretary: The Secretary sends out the weekly email notice to the members to announce the speaker of the week. The Secretary also tracks the membership and schedules what officer leads the group as well as schedules the officer that greets and collects fees at the lunch.

Treasurer: The Treasurer oversights the collection of the program fees and reconciles them at the end of the lunch.

The Officers change in January and July, please contact the Chamber office or the Chamber Board Liason to the Niguel Networkers and express your interest in volunteering for a position.
