The Lead Sheet
Fill out a form on the tables if you have a lead for one of your fellow members. Circle "OS" if the lead is to an Outside person, or circle "IN" if it is Inside the group. Please make sure you provide the phone number of whom you are referring and it would be helpful if that person has been made aware that someone will be contacting them. The top white copy goes to the referee and the bottom yellow copy goes in glass that is passed around during referral and testimonial time. At the end, a lead is pulled out of the glass and the referrer gets the weekly prize provided by that week's speaker!
